If you get time you can head over to NonSportsUpdate Card Talk Forum and have a look at a very nice sell sheet for the Prisoner Volume 2.
This set is going to be very very limited with only 125 cases and the Patrick McGoohan autographs limited to just 75 in total. (a little better than 1 in every 2 cases for the mathematically challenged). The set is rounded out with sketch cards (one per box) and three additional, as yet to be disclosed autographs (also one per box).
Or they were. We can reveal today that two of the three remaining autographs are none other than Peter Wyngarde and Fenella Fielding. Big names from many many shows. It’s an impressive line up. (For anyone who didn’t know Fenella was the voice behind the announcements in Port Marion).
This are some very nice autographs and not just for the Prisoner fans out there. Good luck finding a box of these when they come out.
This is a 50 card set from the original Prisoner series, and Factory Entertainment (the manufacturers) will have at least one more set coming out to cover the remake airing in the US and UK next year.
