New Moon Topps
I have seen very little about this in many places but Topps UK have released the Twilight New Moon photo cards in the UK and across Europe. These are the same over sized cards they did for the first set. The packs RRP is £1.50 for 6 cards and the foils are inserted 1:1 with 71 cards to collect and 15 foils. They also have an interesting addition however. This time they have autograph redemption cards inserted. Now very little is known about these redemptions, and they are no included on the checklist, but they are listed on the boxes and packs.
It’s a safe bet however that these are not going to show up often they are limited to just 1000 cards over the whole print run, and this is a mass market retail product. That’s 1000 card in total across all release nations. If you see one at all expect a high price. It is however interesting to note that this set has a better insert ratio than the NECA hobby set which contains nothing but foil cards and costs a good deal more. I am very sure these cards will be doing very well on eBay by the end of the week as a lot of US fans go for these.
i live in london and managed to find a redemption certificate in with my new moon cards i sent it off and 3weeks later my card come through the post its an ashley greene card sighned in silver pen so it isnt a con or anything like that they are genuine xxx
Do you have a scan of the card? I know a LOT of folks would like to see one.
I am also not the ?typical? Twilight fan but my late 20?s girlfriends and I also had drinks and appetizers followed by a midnight showing. My opinion was that it was much better than Twilight but still wasn’t quite right. I thought Kristen did a wonderful job. The script was much better and the funny moments were awesome. I am a Team Edward gal but the movie makes you become enfatuated with for Jacob. Taylor did excellent. He was by far the best performance in the movie and, in a way that I could not get to in the book, I felt the hardness of Bella?s choice to choose Edward over Jacob. However, I thought the beginning and finish were really rushed. And at the end there was too much ?coldness? between Bella and Edward. The chemistry did not really come out?.
