Dr Who Exclusives:
At long last someone at Panini has answered a call! I talked to a very nice woman who was extremely keen to get me off the phone, and stated several times that “she could not comment” on many of my questions. When asked who I could talk to she said I could leave a voicemail because no one was available. (i.e. go away). In the end she gave me the email address for someone in marketing. So I have a new person to bother. They have so far steadfastly ignored requests for information from the automated web forms on the panini site.
According to Panini there are 7 Doctor Who exclusive cards (not the 12 reported on other sites). They are all marked Limited Edition:

6&7: Dr Who tins Exclusive to Toys are Us and The Entertainer two different tins two different exclusives both unknown. RRP £9.99

This leads to many questions, some of which will hopefully be responded to, getting information is very difficult, and they don’t seem like they want to talk to fans or in fact non-sports sites. I hope they prove me wrong, because if Panini have the master rights to produce Dr Who cards, AND they own Donruss in the USA who have produced the great Americana sets then what would be stopping them from producing a truly monumental hobby Who set? I will keep pestering them for information. Now go and pick up your exclusives!
